Seating will be inside the Burra Community Room (84) chairs set-up lecture style with a center aisle. Ok to use existing Burra Room furniture.
IS&T will be needed to set-up projection, microphones etc.
Facilities will be needed to set-up chairs, lecture style facing the projection screen.
Requesting Aramark come by the following morning (before 10am) to vacuum the floors.
We will send ticketing information shortly but would also like to request a member of ticketing to be onsite to check in guests.
