We’ll be planting pumpkins & flowers, watching a (not so) scary movie and having a costume parade. This is a chance to wear your Halloween best this summer! No registration required. All ages welcome. Location: Heritage Room inside the Laguna Hills Community Center Movie and costume parade sponsored by the City of the Laguna Hills Community Services Department.
