Makerspace for Adults

June 25 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Free

Date: Thursday, June 25, 2026 Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Location: Cypress Branch: Cypress The Makerspace is designed to be a self-directed service where Makers will work independently on their own projects. As a “do it yourself” space, we expect that most Makers have a passing knowledge of how some of the software, equipment, or tools works. For those Makers who do not have any experience with our offerings, Makerspace is a great opportunity for self-guided learning. Makers will have access to some instructional materials such as quick DIY guides, and user manuals. Makers should be advised that one-on-one instruction is dependent on staffing and should not be expected. Cricut machine: makers will need to create their own Cricut account. It is highly recommended that they use their own laptop or tablet. Makers should bring their own materials. Library will provide practice materials as supply lasts. *Staff may choose not to allow certain materials. Sewing machine: makers will need to bring their own supplies.
