This experiential weekly circle introduces participants to mindfulness as a practical tool for building emotional resilience and managing stress. The session emphasizes practical applications of mindfulness in daily life, providing participants with a toolkit of techniques they can use to maintain mental clarity and emotional balance during difficult times.
