This interactive workshop explores how sensory processing shapes your daily experiences, energy, and regulation. You’ll learn about the different sensory systems, who they impact (hint: everyone), and take part in playful, hands-on experiments to better understand your own sensory preferences. You’ll also leave with a practical handout to help you make sense of your unique sensory preferences and use them to support your well-being.
