A $5 transfer fee will be added to all rescheduled tickets. If you need to reschedule a Tiny Tots class, please send a rescheduling request with your new selected date to guestservices@oceaninstitute.org preferably at least 24 hours before the start time of your class. We will do our best to accommodate your transfer request, pending availability, and send you an updated confirmation email. If a rescheduling request is received after your class has already taken place, a valid medical note is required. Once received at guestservices@oceaninstitute.org, we will gladly move you into another class, pending availability.
