SMS Text Messaging Terms
Who we are and what you can expect. Market Mover TV, LLC, doing business as Orange County Network (orangecountynetwork.com), offers an SMS text messaging program. When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive text messages from Orange County Network related to advertising and media program inquiries, appointment and consultation confirmations and reminders, video production and content scheduling, account and billing updates, local event notifications and event registration confirmations, featured business and restaurant content, customer service and support, and occasional information about our programs, services, and offers.
Opting out and getting help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to [SMS SENDING NUMBER]. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (949) 388-1460.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages and message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Use License
